ABOUT THE GUILD
OBJECTS OF THE GUILD
To raise the spiritual tone of altar servers
To promote a conscientious performance of the duties of altar servers
To encourage more frequent attendance at the Holy Eucharist, in addition to times of duty.
MEMBERSHIP
The Guild shall consist of altar servers of teh Church of England and of Churches in communion, subject to the following ..
Membership is open to any server who accepts Catholic Faith and Practice
Membership is usually through the local chapter
Annual membership costs only £8 (which includes The Server magazine 4 times per year) - (£10 for new members on application)

Members serve one year's probation and then are admitted as full members when they are presented with the Guild Medal.
Priests can apply to become Priest Associates.
GUILD ORGANISATION
Member usually meet once month at a Local Chapter Meeting to sing the Guild Office or for a Eucharist.
The Guild is divided into Group Areas with a Group Councillor.
Each Group consists of Local Chapters serving several local Churches.
OTHER
The Guild organises Festivals nationally in Cathedrals or a Parish Church.
The Guild assists members who train for the Sacred Ministry with a grant during each year of training.
'The Server' is a magazine produced 4 times a year with news and articles for guild members.
