A suggestion has been made by one of my chapters that the Guild has some visiting cards printed.

Here is a suggested text.

The Chapter of .................. of the Guild of Servants of the Sanctuary visited your church on ............. for their Guild Office. We would welcome any of your servers joining the Guild and details can be obtained from the Chapter Secretary.

I think this is a good idea, although perhaps better implemented at Chapter level.
Cards requiring blanks to be filled in strike me as a bit "old hat".
In the 21st century with the simplicity of producing something like this fairly cheaply on a computer, it would not be a great hardship to produce a calling card (or several) each time the Chapter met. Or better still, each Chapter could even relatively easily and cheaply produce a localised version of the old "Who can join" leaflet.
Perhaps Council could produce an updated standard version of this, which Chapters could adapt with local contact details. This would ensure a consistent National image.

I agree with Craig Aburn. each chapter could produce a card on a computer, but I think that the Council would need to produce a template for this and any other suitable leaflets so that there is some uniformity.
